TONYY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Return Policy
– The customer cover 2-ways shipping fees per parcel, deducted from your final refund amount.
– Return Goods must be reported within 24hours of receipt. Please email to **@****ee.info
Anything returned outside of this period constitutes a final sale, but we may offer a credit note at our discretion.
– Once we receive and approve your return request, Tonyy will provide you with a Return Label and assign a shipper to come pickup. Please note that any import duties or taxes associated with the return are the customer’s responsibility.
– Please be aware that Tonyy cannot accept responsibility for goods that fail to reach the provided Return Address. We strongly recommend using the provided Return Label to ensure the safe delivery of your returned items.
– The goods must be returned in new, unused condition, with all the garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.
– Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Tonyy cannot accept damaged or soiled goods. If your order arrives damaged, please immediately contact Customer Care and provide proof of damage.
– Refunds for correctly returned items will be credited to the original purchaser’s Credit Card or Paypal. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Additionally, any customs duties paid to receive your order are non-refundable.
– The following items may not be returned: personalized items and made-to-measure items (where the item is customized based on your measurements provided to us).
2. Exchange Policy
– Once we receive and approve your exchange request, Tonyy will provide you with a Exchange Label and assign a shipper to come pickup. We strongly recommend using the provided Exchange Label to ensure the safe delivery of your returned items. Please be aware that there may be additional shipping expenses associated with your exchange.

– If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
– Goods must be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be exchanged in new, unused condition, with all the garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.
